What is a Parliamentarian?

What is a Parliamentarian?

A parliamentarian is an expert in rules of order and the proper procedures for the conduct of meetings, and a consultant to the president. Being the national Parliamentarian has allowed me to further expand my skills as a parliamentarian, as well as, help others to better understand parliamentary procedures. So what exactly do I do, when I am not in meetings? I am also the committee chair for the Expansion committee and the Constitutional Overview committee. The expansion committee is dedicated to helping new chapters start and re-accredit chapters. As the committee chair, I am the main contact for these schools. The constitutional overview committee is a fairly new committee to Cardinal Key. The constitutional overview committee will be going over the National Cardinal Key constitution and making changes that will be voted on at the next conference. If you are interested in either one of these committees, please email me at cknationalparliamentarian@gmail.com .
